It's been a long time since the last qualification!

well thanks for SC, I guess. I don't have many hopes for qualifying here but it's nice

I didn't like my semi much, so it wasn't a surprise that I didn't like some of the qualifiers either.

while my 10 only made it to the SC. Glad my 12 qualified at least

Yay! I made it! Thanks for voting for my entry. It was a really tough semi and although I may have been an obvious finalist this time, it'd have been a surprise hadn't Bella Bella not made it to the final directly - looking at the general level of the semi.

About the other results of semi:
I voted for 5/6 of the direct finalists as well as all 4 qualifiers to the Wildcard round (that wasn't difficult tho since it's only 15 participants in total lol). From the direct qualifiers I'm particularly happy about Canada, Chile, Italy and Thailand being in whereas the others are leaving me with rather mixed feelings...

The Second Chance round participants from Semi 1 were quite predictable imo. Before the announcement of the very first country (aka Greece) I called Greece, Mexico and Romania (and was shocked they weren't in the final yet) and funnily said that I'd like Montenegro to move on as well. I also remember that I also said that because to me Austria, Latvia, the Philippines and Turkey were never going to make it anywhere imho.
