WHAT HAS CHANGED:
INCREASE/DECREASE
Every country received an increase, with the exception of  Australia,  Italy,  Armenia*,  Lithuania and  Norway.
*While no changes was made on the list, Armenia technically got a decreased of 0.00102041, but considering that the decrease was too small to be of any significance, no change was made to its rating.
Biggest increase:  France, going from 3.50 to 3.83 (▲0.33)
Biggest decrease: Norway, going from 10.37 to 9.58 (▼0.79)
CHANGES/SWITCHES IN PLACEMENT
Both Australia & Italy have switched places with each other, with Australia dropping ▼1 spot, while Italy rises ▲1 spot.
The other countries remain unchanged.

Except almost all countries dropping from the newly debuting countries, the entire top 5 has made some switches:
The new update has made both Ukraine and Norway switch places, meaning that Norway is once again the current leader.
 Germany received a major decrease in their ranking, pushing them down two places, making both Lithuania and Latvia climb one place.
