Tbh it has gotten to the stage where I'm sick and tired of hearing about this. Ever since it arrived in Ireland the media has jumped on it much more (much like everywhere else I suppose) and it has just blown up when it is seriously not what it's made out to be. Never did I hear any mention here at least of how many people recovered from the virus, only the deaths and amount of cases. Sure, the amount of cases has gone up to 100,000 now, but there have been diseases that have been much worse (hello miss swine flu). I can understand taking ordinary precautions such as washing your hands, coughing into a tissue or sleeve (or whatever, as long as it isn't your palm) but it has gotten insane here where stores are literally selling toilet paper as if it's the end of the world, among other things. Ladies calm down, it's a virus. That's just what it is. Just like a flu is also a virus, it is inevitable that people will catch it, people might die from it, but also people recover from it. It's not worth worrying about to the point where you can't move on with your daily life - you just need to accept it and continue to go on with your daily life as if it didn't exist at all. The only thing we can do for ourselves is taking normal precautions, there's not much else you can do other than isolating yourself completely when you shouldn't. I'm tired of hearing about it every single day, and although I understand it's an important issue, it's something that the media is hyping over and continuing to portray it as much worse than it actually is.

Tbh it has gotten to the stage where I'm sick and tired of hearing about this. Everyone's a professional doctor these days, it amazes me how many got their title in the past few weeks It's important to openly communicate with others, but on a level of decreasing the fear. Let's use this online space to share music instead. Me, reading all your posts, be like: Tbh, I just want all of this to end asap.

Hey Alex Memphis you are the only resident Italian here I can think is here... Whats the deal with this "total lockdown" we are hearing reports of? We have more cases than Italy per capita in Iceland now but I think thats just because we are testing a LOT more people like South Korea
