Agreed, I think we should do our own event as no one really knew what was happening with this collaboration and I feel we have more diversity on the forum to host and create something more realistic but exciting too.
There are enough of us to be allocated juries and televoters and I am sure some of us don't mind recording a speech for the voting procedure for each country.
The designs from the top 5 countries will make our version Eurovision 2020 ace if we all worked together on it.

Maybe do a way where there are spots to be filled and anyone can fill the spot (As long as they are an active member of the forums) Eg. Each country can have 4/5 jury members and 4/5 tele voters and forum members ask to take 1 space and first come first serve With 43/44 countries this edition, there is plenty of space for all to take part. Possibly 440 people could take part. Extreme but you get the idea |

Organizing this would have to take at least 2 weeks to a month. This would need some careful and inclusive planning.
