 Latvia's next entry is from 2006.About the band: Tribes of the City is a shoegaze, dreampop band from Riga, Latvia. The band was formed in 2003. The band has gained success as Latvian shoegaze pioneers and was nominated for MTV European Music Awards in 2007 as the best Baltic act. Tribes of the City - "A Day In The City" For RECAP though I'd like you to use the video from this spoiler, NOT the music video, because I think this has a bit cleaner audio: PIC: This is the best pic of the full band I could find.
