WWW Song Contest #81

Out! Well bye... I'm a bit disappointed (just like I wrote after the semi final), but guess I have to take it... :/ Thanks a lot for 77 points, however.
Btw. I just realized that during the last 4 editions I got totally different outcome. (#78 Out in the semi, #79 Qualified via the Wildcard round, #80 Direct qualification, #81 Out after the Wildcard round). Also generally I can't say I'm used to anything Wildcard round related myself because I haven't been in the wildcard round for almost 40 editions lol. Rip #71 I guess.


Before watching the results I tried to shortlisten the entries according to who I can't see qualifying. Result: Everyone except Samoa, Japan, Serbia and Brazil. And guess I was right at this for once.  Imo Israel and Poland would've normally qualified from the semis so it's not a surprise to see these 2 in. Can't say the same about Azerbaijan actually. Congrats to all 3.

If I may also leave a short comment on the 4th and 5th place:
Samoa is definitely the pleasant surprise this edition. I was so sure it was never ever going to reach the top 10 of that semi and now here we are seeing it almost in the final.
I'm a bit sad about the failure of Belgium however because this would've stood a big chance on getting my in the final ... Well, looks like I need to find an alternative.
