Yes, an opera entry.

In Swiss German

I Quattro is a group of 4 men (as you can see) - all of them full-trained tenor vocalists. They came together in 2008 and have since released 7 full albums that have all become quite successful (peaks between #2 and #42).

If you will they're basically a "cover band" because everything they do are covers of well-known Swiss songs (sang in at least 4 languages). This obviously includes the old traditional songs, but the group's repertoire also spans over to pop and pop rock and therefore includes also songs that took part in both Wwws and Retro Wwwsc before such as Avalon (Wwwsc #35), Manhattan (Wwwsc #33) and Anytime Anywhere (Retro Wwwsc #34 - my winning entry).
Btw. a little fun fact: One of them is actually a returning artist for having been part of the former group Code 5 (that boyband I sent in

#49).

As of May 2010 I Quattro had released 1 double album, one of them being a christmas album (which is obviously not what I'm going to do

). Therefore I had 1 album tot go wild on.

Lueged vo Bärge und Tal is a traditional folk song composed in the 19th century and nowadays among the most famous ones among its kind. In terms of lyrics it's really beautiful because they're praising the beauty of the alpine world. It's often normally played on alphorn or similar instruments. To give you an example I found this.

Hope that explanation was understandable because that was a very hard one for me to do. And I also hope at least a few of you will like this entry of mine.

Latvia has only had 5 song suggestions for Retro WWWSC and it's come to the point, that I'm using the last one of them, that I've considered (the 5th song I don't like myself, so I'm not considering it). This means I've used 80% of the suggested songs (including this edition). I hope this number shows that I really do consider all your suggestions and I'm very likely to use them at some point, if I haven't used them in any other contest myself or if they are not overused in general (most people know, what songs from

can be considered as such), though I might make some exceptions, if I feel like doing so.

As for WWWSC suggstions:

I've had around 40 songs suggested to me (half of which from one person), but the usage percentage is a lot lower than here, because I've used some of those songs in other contests, they are overused or just don't feel like they could have a potential for decent results (due to failing in other contests/NF's, when used by other users around forums). But I'm open for any suggestion and if it's not in one of the 3 categories I've mentioned, then there is a high chance I'll consider/use it.

3 years ago this song was suggested to me by Hayastantzi92 and now the time has come for me to use it (don't get me wrong - it's not like I don't have other ideas of what to use, it's just that I thought I'll finally use the last of the suggested songs

. This band already took part 80 editions ago (#10), so they are now returning
