List of Languages
Fantasia is a vast world full of diversity, which also includes the language we spoke,
they might sounds similar to the ones we speak on Earth, but as in this universe, Earth does not exist,
we had to came up with new names for those language, here's their Fantasian names:
For a language to be considered as a major language, we went through these criterias:
• A language, made official/spoken by one (or multiple) big country
• or a language, made official/spoken in smaller but multiple countries
• A language that is usually present through most editions of the contest.
Despite their names, it is possible to give another local name to these language in your country,
however note that for roleplay and other stuff, these are the ones that will be used.
Here's the list of those languages:
For a language to be considered as a minor language, we went through these criterias:
• A language, made official/spoken in a smaller country.
• A language that have been used at least once in the contest.
• A language that is "big" in real life but not that much in Fantasia.
• A language given by at least one country on the Census.
Unlike the major languages, it is possible to use the local name of the language in your country for the roleplay.
Note: the flags next to their Fantasian Equivalent shows where the language is spoken, it is 100% sure that i've left some countries out, feel free to let me inform of that so I can update. For any correction, please inform me via PM only.
Here's the list of those languages:
The following list of language are mixed up, they are based up on RL language, but usually combined with another one:
And to conclude, the following language are made up languages, which does not possess a real life equivalent, unless specified.
