Worst Danish NF in ages... but, Emma Nicoline's song is the best and could play a good role in Rotterdam.

Apparently, Ben & Tan submitted a song to the danish selection and were rejected. They tried afterwards to submit to Melodifestivalen but the deadline had already expired. The song is called "Iron Heart" and they will release it in 5 March, here is a little snippet: Personally, I'm very disappointed with this news since I really loved their song from last year and this is lowkey the worst Denmark could have done to them.  |

Currently listening, but lmao I'm 15 seconds in and it already sounds awful.  Edit: Well that was an experience. Just like Julian already wrote it's nice that another country (and especially one of the Northern countries who are basically refusing to do that for 20 years now) getting us a song in its own language. But yeah this is not a good example for a start lol. And even less with that performance and these vocals ... All in all I'm sorry, but Denmark gets a  from me. Also somehow I get the feeling that 2014+ is basically the same as 2001 - 2009 aka getting a good (but overrated) result as host and then sending irrelevant things year after year. I also love how in both runs there's 1 exception that (also in both runs) happens to be 5 years after the win. |
