Not really into the Finnish music scene, so Blind Channel are the only act I know. As for everyone else I'm just like who? Also not gonna lie, but I always knew Aksel was going to be a part of it. I mean didn't they even announce he had a safe spot in the competition no matter what?
Imagine Nightwish doing Eurovision. They actually have tried in 2000 or 2001 i think but didn't make it to Esc back then  Yeah I know, but they weren't big (particularly compared to now) back then I think(?). |

Oh the first song will be out tomorrow. Hopefully  Finland won't disappoint. Also I hope it's just the song titles and the amount of songs in Finnish isn't 2 / 7.

Idk, I like both the song and his voice a lot, although it's definitely leaning towards boring. Also it sounds like some build up going on, but the climax never comes. Additionally it's 100 % a song I can imagine to be played on the radio a thousand times and no one would care because it's just not any further remarkable.
All in all I like this first song, but as well unfortunately have to say that this is not the winner.

Oh the first song with English title, but Finnish lyrics. As for the song itself I like it a lot as well although it falls a bit flat and I'm not sure how they're going to stage this. |
