Yeah this is the song as Jendrik indirectly confirmed already.
I can just say that this song is not my taste but as an entry (which is not only the song) this is actually quite interesting and I like that they're finally going risky (the wrong kind of risk tho imo). I prefer this over Sisters or Perfect Life by far and I do believe that this could do better than you would expect right now. It's not a safe last place like Sisters or Perfect Life already (ok these two placed 25th actually but you get what I mean). So overall my feelings are very mixed but I think some of the negative (German) reactions are overreactions and Jendrik doesn't deserve the hate.
I'll form my final opinion after I saw the live performance on Saturday (which simply has to be the reason that this was selected over hundreds of other (I assume better) songs including El Diablo).

Wow, imagine going from Violent Thing to this song... It seems a joke entry but in a bad way, very similar to UK 2015 which I really hated! I hope Jendrik enjoys his journey in Eurovision but this song is a completely mess.
I don't think I need to explain...
