GRAND FINAL
welcome to the grand final of the very first citivision song festival, held in madison square garden in
new york city !!! twenty-five cities are competing for the chance to be the very first winners of this competition. all participating cities in this final must provide two sets of votes in the

format. one set must represent the jury and one must represent the televote. participating cities must distinguish between the two sets when submitting their votes, and their votes cannot be identical. non-participants can submit votes following this same process as a part of the rest of the world jury.
