North Vision Song Contest 33 • Semi-final 2 Results

Call the police because there's been a string of robberies committed in Batumi. This was an incredibly strong semi-final - there are going to be some very good songs PQR'ing, sadly.

By no means a bad song but I'm not a huge fan unfortunately; there are far better NQs imo 
 One of Ruben's better songs which I really enjoy listening to. I don't know how well it will do in the final but at least it qualified
YES Totally deserved, just a lovely entry. I hope it does better in the final than  Spain's last three finalists. Euskera rights.
This was a guaranteed qualifier, wouldn't be surprised at all if it won the whole thing. A great entry.
I don't think anyone expected this to qualify but I really like it. Totally unexpected, but I'm not complaining.
I'm not a massive fan of this, it flopped badly in my NNMC NF like a year ago and I think it was sent a little too late. Nonetheless, welcome back to the final, Moldova!   (Also, given that SICKOTOY co-wrote this, does that make him the John Lundvik of NVSC?  )
Expected qualifier and it definitely has its fans but it's just not my thing at all, sorry. 
BOP. There was never any doubt in my mind whether this would qualify. Expected, but totally deserved
Another bop. Very glad this qualified, especially seeing Fulin's (and the Turkish press') engagement with the contest 
I thought this would finish 12th/13th. I like it, but I don't love it. Congratulations on returning to the final though

I love this song and fully expected it to qualify, but Belarus has so much more to offer than just selecting a song which had already won at least two/three contests. At least we've learned (once again) that success elsewhere is no indication of success in NVSC.
Lowkey boppy but this was going nowhere, sadly.
ROBBED (but expectedly so). It's sad that this will most likely be PQR'ing because it doesn't deserve to at all. I'll continue to hope it escaped bottom five.
Like "Vbyla myloho", another song which has won/placed highly in other contests and didn't qualify here. A shame because I absolutely adore it  </3
Underrated  I never expected this to qualify but it was lovely. Bottom five would be completely undeserved.
Such a downgrade after "Milaya". I just find this incredibly mediocre - probably my least favourite song in this semi, sorry.
ROBBED. This was a BOP but a strong semi-final (and some surprising qualifiers) slaughtered its chances   (sibilance unintended)
Yet another total ROBBERY. This was an absolute banger and I thought it was a guaranteed qualifier. This semi-final was truly brutal.
I've never liked this. It should go back to 2017 where it belongs, sorry.
It existed, I suppose. Not a terrible song, but incredibly middle-of-the-road and unambitious. France can (and needs to) do so much better.

Another semi-final with far more deserving qualifiers than places. I'm very glad I didn't end up debuting this edition.  Good luck to all the finalists and better luck next time to the NQs
