I was Russia last edition, you don't keep your country from the previous edition? Once a new edition starts every country becomes first come first serve. Unfortunately this means you need to be quick enough if you wanna claim the same country for more than one edition. :/ |

What are the rules about the overseas territories? Are they eligible? Ofc without borrowing Every territory is eligible without any borrowing rule. The only notable exceptions being the  US Virgin Islands which can borrow  American singers with Caribbean roots and the  Marshall Islands which can borrow American singers with Pacific roots. You can also claim them without borrowing tho as they both have plenty of singers.  Edit:  Gibraltar can also borrow  British singers with Spanish roots. |
