WWW Song Contest #85

Thank you very much It was very exciting to be the last one to be announced, I feared for my qualification there But nice you liked my song and we're now back in the final

Thankfully 3 of my biggest favorites made it to the final directly While 1 is in the SCR

While I'm happy for most qualifiers, unfortunately there are several I wish tht qualified but didn't

I thought they were at least going to make it to the SCR, ah well
I really wanted to be in their semi-final to vote for them This was such an original and (imo) very risky pick, glad they went for something completely different this time, so sad they're out directly (although I expected it mostly)
Very surprised this was out directly as well, I thought this had even more chances than Guatemala, sad it stayed in the semi

Anyway, it's looking like it's going to be a great final cos' many songs I liked are there, looking forward to it

non Qualifier once again, not pleased at all

SCR after quite a long time - last time was in fact in #68 and it turned out to be a very successful one

I guess I wouldn't like to comment on the results much; a more detailed comment from my side might come once we also have the final results.

I would just like to point out that I am personally very disappointed at the negativity that some people were spreading last night during the results show. The results will never be ideal for everyone and clearly at that moment there might be some extreme reactions but before people criticise others and their choices, it's better to do some self criticism, rather than being mean. The whole atmosphere really felt bad at some points and in case this keeps going on, results shows might have to stop taking place for a while.

I made it! Yay I'm really happy that I did it with a not so "me" entry (if you know what I mean). Thanks to everybody who voted for my entry.
In the 3rd semi itself I'm quite okay with the qualifiers with Lithuania being the only one I didn't vote for. On the other hand I'm a bit salty at Spain who I gave getting lost... Also the Czech Republic (what a grower) and Indonesia (how? ) didn't deserve to be out already...



In the 2nd semi I'm particularly happy with Iceland and flagbraziil Brazil making it directly. Most of the others are okayish (to what I remember), but North Macedonia is very overrated... And how did Poland not make it directly? Malta (was actually my #1 in this semi final), India, Portugal (was probably too "cute") and Latvia (too different I guess) didn't get what it deserved either.


And finally in Semi 1 I'm really happy with the qualifications of Italy, South Africa, Sweden and Thailand. Greece's entry is too boring for me to like it and Japan just wasn't for me. And finally in Mexico's case I can't say anything as I don't have the song in mind right now.
As for the non-finalists here I find Guatemala, Hungary and underrated (so far).


Everything else seems to be okay.
