Ukraine would be the obvious guess, but for some reason I have a feeling that one of either 
Iceland or 
Norway (or maybe both?) will give it a decent fight... I don't know... I'm not that sure about Ukraine winning, but I might be completely wrong and it might win by a big margin... who knows... but it definitely has the pressure of the main favorite... at the end of the day winner might not even be one of the 3 I mentioned...

Ukraine can get a good place, even a PQ, but not a win. Moreover, I have already seen several results of this song and they do not inspire optimism. 
But if I had a choice, I would prefer to lose to

North Macedonia, Iceland or Austria.
