welcome to the grand final of the second citivision song festival, live from 
london !!!
sorry for the late upload but i'm finally able to begin this contest !! i've been having a lot of trouble with school and other personal things so i did not get a chance to work on the recap until a couple of days ago. i want to thank you all for your patience with the contest and i hope you are all enjoying it. with that out of the way, let the grand final begin !!!
as always, you are to send two sets of non-identical

points. you must indicate which belongs to the "jury vote" and which belongs to the "televote". you cannot vote for your own city.
IMPORTANT CHANGE: send your votes to both marcos and chante. we are trying to streamline this process and it'd be better if more than one of us were calculating the votes.
