VOTING IS CLOSED!
Unfortunately,
Guam and 
Hawaii failed to vote by the deadline. As such, they will both recieve a full strike.Both mentioned delegations are still welcome to vote, but they may need to send their votes ASAP as I will be on to making the results video.
Otherwise, MG's votes will be used for
Guam, while Hawaii's votes will be the combined votes of every participant who voted.There maybe will be a results show to be hosted in CyTube once I finish the results video, but more on that soon I suppose.
But for now, thank you to everyone for making this happen! This contest is off to a good start, and I hope it gets better in the future.
