CONFIRMATIONS OPEN
you will now be able to confirm for the third edition !!! we will be in 
santiago de chile this edition, after karla grunewaldt's win with desatar in 
london.
earlier this week, the board of the iccm had announced new rules for the contest coming into the third edition. those new rule changes can be viewed here. the official rules of the contest can be viewed here. the rule changes introduced have been met with necessary criticism, especially those regarding automatic qualification. as a result, the board has decided to leave the decision on the rule change up to you. the new rule changes will stay in place for this edition pending reevaluation, except for those regarding automatic qualification. a poll has been open above. you can decide between four automatic qualification systems. one is the classic "top 6" system. one is the system explained in the rule change. the other two are systems that take elements of both aforementioned systems. one lets the three best performing cities in group a qualify, alongside the top three entries not already automatically qualified. the other allows the best performing entry in group a qualify, alongside the top five entries not already automatically qualified.
