VOTING HAS CLOSED OFFICIALLY
The voting period has closed, and 2 nations did not vote. They are
Angola, and 
Equatorial Guinea. 
Comoros & 
Malawi didn't vote as well, but both requested replacement voters. Comoros and Malawi will get official replacement votes, while Angola and Equatorial Guinea will get the average votes of their pot used in lieu of their actual votes. I'm hoping to get the results vid out by the end of 2020, but I am making exactly 0 promised
