  ANNOUNCEMENTS
This thread is the baseline of our communication from the broadcaster to the public for the national selection determining the entry for North Vision Song Contest 35, held in Russia for the first time. There will be two public announcements following after this requiring the taglist of the contest, and one for all participating players of the jury selection. Liking this post doesn't enable any special role.
Dieser Beitragsstrang is die Basis unserer Kommunikation vom Rundfunk an die Öffentlichkeit für den nationalen Vorentscheid, der unseren Beitrag für North Vision Song Contest 35 festlegt, welcher in Russland zum ersten Mal stattfinden wird. Es wird zwei öffentliche Ankündigungen geben, die die Tagliste vom Contest nutzen wird, und eine mit den teilnehmenden Spieler für die Juryauswahl. Diesem Beitrag einen Like zu geben erfüllt keinen höheren Zweck.
Kaiserschmarrn will be hosted for the first time. Eight entries have been selected across the country, one shall be deemed the winner and the next entry that will represent Austria after a one-edition break. There are four female-led acts, four male-led. The voting will be as familiar through other selections and the contest itself: Half the votes by the Austrian televote, the other half through international juries. Ten juries shall be appointed through a voluntary nomination system, with ORF hand-selecting each jury member, consisting of international figures. If need be, the broadcaster upholds the right to hold a gold final if the race is too tight, in which case only the televoting may determine the winner.

JURY APPLICATIONS
ORF awards ten handpicked jury slots for international correspondence.
This is to guarantee that a set bar for quality in the songs is raised.
To apply, you must be either the Head of Delegation or Co-Head of Delegation of a country.
No more than one player for each country shall be picked.
You must also pick one person to represent your country as the jury spokesperson.
EXAMPLE: Austria applies to become a jury! Spokesperson: Tamara Mascara
Please note that not every applicant can be chosen, thus everyone who isn't will be awarded double televoting points to spend on their favourites. Your chances of becoming a jury member in the next edition of Kaiserschmarrn are also raised. On the flip-side, every jury member that is picked for this edition of Kaiserschmarrn may have decreased odds in becoming another in the following edition. This is to promote equality and fair chances as the selection continues.
