I'll speculate with the announced songs so far:

Iceland will not qualify
One of the caucasian countries will not qualify
the UK will fail again
Germany will place 15th to 20th

The Netherlands will place 20th to 26th
Spain will place 15th to 20th
Italy will place 20th to 26th
Ireland will not qualify
