I made a few mistakes during these submissions as I didn't realize I'd be so busy yesterday. I could kick someone else out, but it didn't feel right. |

Update and running order!
After one edition break we welcome back  Croatia,  Ethiopia,  Philippines,  Switzerland, and  Taiwan.
On the other hand,  Finland,  Indonesia,  Lithuania, and  Romania either withdrew or were forced to withdraw. and are already entered in #107.
I don't want to make a big deal out of this, but this edition we have 31 participants, due to my poor management. I was busy during the submissions as well as miscounted the submitted entries the first time around. Apologies.
Because of the high or low average running order position, the following countries will perform in the first half or in the second half respectively:
