MISSOURI ENTRY REVEAL Perryville, 21 March 2021 - Today, KMOS-TV is ready to announce the long waited Missourian representative, which will have the honor to compete directly as a finalist in this edition's Grand Final. Representing the Show Me State in Alabama, we have selected country singer-songwriter Chris Janson. Born and raised in Perryville, Missouri to parents from Nashville, Tennessee in 1986, he started his career in 2009 and counts multiple singles in various charts, including Billboard Hot Country Songs and the Country Airplay. Today he's here to represent our wonderful state with a song he released in October 2020, which is called Waitin' On 5. This country anthem has been described as a Worker's Ode to Relaxation and celebrates every hard worker's deserved break times and day offs.
