For this pre-2000's edition I've decided to go with one of the biggest hits in Soviet Union. Anyone, who lives in an ex-Soviet country, should not only recognize the song, but also both artists, because they are both still very much popular in this market despite their age. So my entry is a 1986 song "Vernissage" composed by  Raimonds Pauls. Лайма Вайкуле &  Валерий Леонтьев - "Вернисаж" Laima Vaikule & Valeriy Leontiev - "Vernissage" (3:02+) PIC - THIS or any of their individual pictures (if you need help, just ask and I'll find something) |
