Cologne! Here in this thread you can discuss everything about our 91st Edition! 
The submissions officially start now! Deadline: Friday, 4th of June @ 22:00 CET!
The rules of the last editions apply, here they are:
IMPORTANT: Confirming isn't enough, just a submitted song guarantees your place in the upcoming edition! Only the first 51 spots are safe, the people submitting afterwards will take part in a Pre-Qualification Round and compete for the 3 remaining spots, making it a field of 54 in the "main competition"! The maximum number of entries so that there is no Pre-Qualification Round is 55.
Already reserved are the hosts, the Top 3 from last edition and those who voted as members in the Rest of The World Jury last edition. If any of these fail to submit an entry in time, the reserved place will be lost.
We're looking forward to receiving your entries!
If you want, you may include a timeslot/recap part in your post; note that 24 seconds of each entry are played in the recap.
Timeslots should ideally be added before the submission deadline, otherwise they might not be considered for the recaps anymore!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the complaints received because of some worldwide hits having been sent in recent editions, a new restriction has been introduced in the rules. This restriction is included in our official Rules thread and is also mentioned below. The same restriction applies for Themed WWWSC as well.
If you plan to permanently withdraw or to skip this edition, please let us know as early as possible.

§2b. Songs that have more than 100 Million views on Youtube are not allowed to compete. Official videos as well as other videos with a respectable amount of views are taken into account, the sum of views of these videos is decisive.
