The American selection is currently in a critical situation with no votes a few hours before the deadline. If the situation doesn't evolve quickly and if the deadline is not delayed, two main options are possible:
1) The national selection would be cancelled and one of the five songs will be chosen by the selection committee.
2) The selection would be delayed to next edition (maybe some of the songs from it would be replaced) and a song that was not in the original selection (because it was technically not eligible to our theme "California Gurls", since it was a LA-based duo with a female singer but a male second member). We're submitting the song to approval in case of we need it.
