 Ethiopian confirmation statement confirmed to be fake, Ethiopian participation "is in state of limbo", as said by HoD
It was revealed today morning by the HoD that the confirmation post revealed earlier this month was indeed fake, by a twitter account pretending to be the official one. After an interview the HoD stated:
"So far nothing has been sealed. The last few Ethiopian fans left have been so desperate for our participation that they posted a confirmation themselves. However, we are still trying to manage our funds and time schedule, and as Ethiopia hasn't been doing well in the past few editions, the contest is not our top value anymore."
A statement by EBC will be published in the next few days. |
