TIME TO MAKE IT 26, LAKADAMIA CONFIRMS.
The Lakadasian country is available to confirm it's presence for the 26th edition of the Fantasia Contest, planned to be hosted in the  Ruyjin Republic.
It is expected that the method of selection wll be a National Selection, with a renewed edition of FC+LKD, with a success in terms of viewing rates, and a return in the final for the country, despite ending 23rd in final.
However some rumors are claiming that 25 editions after winning, Lakadamian singer Adele is rumored to be either selected internally or taking part in the national selection with her newest song Easy on me, the TRLK or the singer have for now said nothing about those rumors.
More news about the method of selection and the Lakadamian entry will be released soon.

KUWIANG CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION DESPITE
A NON-QUALIFICATION IN SHKEERA!
Muang Yang, 19 October 2021 - We are glad to confirm that  Kuwiang will participate in the Fantasia Contest in the Ruyjin Republic after they won the contest with "24 Hours" by Agnes. Despite two consecutive non-qualifications, we will continue participating in the contest to show the beauty of the Kuwianish music.
The Kuwianish broadcaster, Kuwiang Broadcasting Service (KBS), has decided to use internal selection once again because we don't have enough budget to host a national selection show at the moment. We have learnt from the past that we should not send a solo act and a song entirely in Everish, therefore in this edition, Kuwiang will send a song in one of our national languages by a duo or a group.

Dyflinnjaborg • 18 October 2021 DRTV, the Dýrian broadcaster, has just confirmed that Dýria will participate in the 26th edition of the Fantasia Contest.
Despite  Cosha bringing the country their first non-qualification since the 14th edition, DRTV has announced that this will not discourage them from participating in the contest, and will of course be present in the contest as per usual, this time to be held in the Ruyjin Republic.
After the non-qualification, many fans put blame on the broadcaster for rushing their selection process, and have called on the broadcaster to allocate a bigger budget towards the contest. The majority of fans supported the Dýrian act, Cosha, and have sent her many positive messages.
DRTV has pledged to allocate a higher budget for their selection process following the cancellation of Dýrcorifestivalen. The additional funds that were set aside for a possible return of the selection will now instead be allocated into the budget for the upcoming editions.
DRTV has also announced on social media that they have already internally selected their act and will reveal it shortly. Big names that have been rumoured on Dýrian gossip sites include  CL, Tove Lo and  Zylo born, Dýrian based singer Afida Turner. Stay tuned!DRTV © 2021 |

 Achróa announces its entry for #26Trangueli • 18 October
Just one day after announcing their participation, Achróa has been given the green light to present its upcoming entry for the next edition of the Fantasia Contest. STA also stated that their reserve entry will be sent in place of its originally intended one.
The previous entry, Narrator, was a largely experimental 9-minute punk rock pièce de resistance which failed to translate as such with the jury and televote in the semi-finals last edition, giving Achróa its worst result ever. In light of this, the Achróan delegation has decided to go back to its roots: the one and only baroque pop. The entry, which is four and a half minutes long, also incorporates elements of art and progressive pop, as well as neoclassical darkwave. Of course, this ensures the listener is in for something suspenseful and dramatic - aided by the singer's highly androgynous vocals: her haunting contralto voice is definitely central to the song.

Haley Fohr (born December 16, 1988) is a vocalist, composer and singer-songwriter based in Lómeli. Her musical endeavours focus around our human condition, and her 10-year career as Circuit des Yeux has grown into one of Achróa and Alternative Fantasia's most successful efforts to connect the personal to the universal. She is most distinctly identified by her 4-octave voice and unique style of 12-string guitar.
Fohr has jumped from label to label throughout her career, and is currently on Matador - a label with high acclaim in Achróa - for her latest record -io which will release on October 22. Fohr first achieved success in Achróa with her 2017 album Reaching for Indigo.Vanishing is the third single from that upcoming album. It is an entry that is dramatic, unsettling and throttles its listener with a visceral power, but moreover it is crucially accessible - at least moreso than the country's last entry. Simultaneously sounding orchestral and rock-like, it is bound to leave an impression.

Blind Channel!I mean, this was gonna happen eventually so here we are.
Blind Channel is a band from Istacle, who describes their sound as "violent pop". The band was founded in 2013 by vocalist/guitarist Joel Hokka and guitarist Joonas Porko, and recruited bassist Olli Matela and drummer Tommi Lalli. Eventually they brought in co-vocalist Niko Moilanen and released three albums as a five-piece, Revolutions, Blood Brothers and Violent Pop. Soon after Violent Pop was released, they brought in Aleksi Kaunisvesi (who also went by Alex Mattson) on samples/percussion since Aleksi and the others had similar tastes. They released their first song as a six-piece months earlier called Dark Side for some random Earthling contest, and took part in the third edition of Destination Fantasia, losing to Anavae in the super final. During the twenty-fifth edition of the contest, they recently released another song. That song is the entry for Fantasia Contest 26, and it's called......
Balboa!
The song was written in homage to Rocky Balboa, and the video is boxing-themed. SFTV hopes that they will bring the country to the final for a second time.

GTV can now confirm Glaiola will participate in the 26th edition of the Fantasia Contest held in the Ruyjin Republic, due to the success of Los Pilotos and Pedrina surprisingly placing 6th in the grand final last edition.
