São Tomé and Príncipe confirms their participation. This edition is a special edition for the country as it will be its 10th entry in the competition. The country representative will be announced today due to the very limited free time I have at the moment. Sílvia Barros will return for the second time to represent the small country after her previous participation in the 9th edition where she brought São Tomé and Príncipe for the first time not only in the top 10 but also in the top 5. This time she will represent the country with the song "Like'em".
