The participants of Eurosong 2023:1.   Ameerah2. Chérine3.  Gala Dragot4. Gustaph5. Hunter Falls6. Loredana7. The StarlingsAmeerah is famous in the Online Song Contest community because of her song The Sound of missing you and has also provided vocals on   Madcon's 2010 / 2011 hit Freaky like me.
Gala is the winner of The voice kids 2020
The Starlings is a duo consisting of Tom Dice ( Eurovision 2010) and Kato Callebaut (his wife).

Lovely selection! Some additional info on the rest of the Participants: Chérine was a finalist on MNM rising star, a singing competition on a Belgian radio station. Loredana is the lead singer of 2Fabiola who entered the Eurovision preselection of 2014 with She’s After My Piano but didn’t make it to the festival. She was a candidate of The Masked Singer in Belgium and I believe she got to the final (ridder for when you’d look it up). Hunter Falls is an artist I’m not really familiar with myself but I looked him up and his voice is great. Same goes for Gustaph, he definately is more alternative and is definately gonna be standing out the most fashion wise. Musically what he has so far is not my style but with Eurovision you never know. |

Thoughts: It's very 80s, but imo somewhat boring ...

It's not very original and even quite cheap. For some reason, I still happen to prefer it over the other one lol.

Thoughts: She can sing, but the song is rather boring.
Hunter Falls - Ooh La la
Thoughts: It's not bad, but wry forgettable imo.
So at half time, this is my ranking:

Gala - T'inquiete
She has an amazing voice- as was known for a few years already. The song is somewhat unusual for Eurovision, I guess, but it doesn't do anything for me. Maybe I'd need a studio version to properly rate it. What annoys me the most is her breathing system in this live performance.
