The contest inspired by Turkvision!!
You officially may now begin to confirm nations and post entries for this prestigious contest. I hope it goes incredibly well. New rules added are highlighted in blue.

RULES:
I. Entry Rules
1. No entries from Turkvision, (J)ESC or any of the ESC NS
2. No entries that are racist, homophobic, transphobic, or any other rude entries
3. Songs have to be released no earlier than 10 years ago to this date (28.09.2012)
4. Covers are not allowed (with exceptions to re-singings of old poems and nursery rhymes)
4. Covers are allowed as long as they are not of popular songs (Over 50m views)
5. Remix's of popular songs are not allowed
6. 20m view limit on all participating songs
7. Originality of entries is heavily encouraged
8. Songs are also heavily encouraged to not be in English
II. Artist Rules
1. All artists participating must be over 16 years of age
2. Artists must be at least 50% connected to their country
3. Groups must be at least 33% connected to their country
4. All artists participating must be alive
5. Borrowing is not allowed
III. Cheating
1. Any form of cheating is banned and will be judged on severity
IV. Strikes
See Strikes Below
1. If a person gets three strikes they lose their country and are banned from participating for an edition
2. If someone gets three strikes twice in the space of 10 editions they are permanently banned from participating
V. Deadlines
1. Failure to vote, confirm, or send an entry within deadline is one strike
2. People may ask for extensions with all deadlines in the contest
3. If you again fail to vote, confirm or send an entry even with the extension you get 2 strikes
4. Failure to vote will result in Disqualification
5. You cannot withdraw after the confirmation deadline

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE FUTURE OF THE CONTEST
I am currently in the process of studying for school exams and the contest may slow down over the next two months. In other news, Last editions voting form asked participants if they would want to join the prestigious council of OTSC and both justin05 and @lxvisrat have put their hands up to be official designers of the contest. As I have no idea of the skill level of each of these prospective designers I am going to have to ask both lxvisrat and justin05 to send me an example of a snippet in the recap and i'll decide based off of that, if both lxvisrat and justin05 said yes on the forum by accident please notify me so I can prepare to make the recap myself.
