Venue, Presenters, and Slogan  
 Bloomfield Stadium (Hebrew: אצטדיון בלומפילד) is a football stadium in Tel Aviv, Israel, with a capacity of 29,400. It is the home stadium of Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Tel Aviv, and Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv. The stadium also serves the Israel national football team for some select home matches.
 Nasrin Kadri (Hebrew: נסרין קדרי) is an Arab-Israeli singer of traditional and pop Middle Eastern and Mizrahi music. She represent the country back in the 16th edition with the song "Tinshom" and finished in the second place.
 Stéphane Gagba (Hebrew: סטפן גאגבה), better known professionally as Stéphane Legar (סטפן לגר), is a Togolese-Israeli singer, dancer, and model. In October 2016 he released his first hit song Step Fun which got millions of online views and trending dances from the song.
The slogan of AVSC 19 will be "Groove to the Rhythm"CONFIRMATION HAS CLOSED
Unfortunately, Byzantine Empire failed to submit their entry on time and will not participate in this edition.
