Down to 27 countries for the first edition.
With  Finland withdrawing and  Netherlands not posting any entry, we will be down to 27 countries.
The allocation draw will be held tonight at 22:00CET on the WMF Discord server.
How will the allocation draw work?
All 27 participating countries have been divided in 5 pots containing either 5 or 6 countries, based on their geographical position.
The allocation draw will consist of placing every countries into 1 out of 3 parts of the final, divided like this:
FIRST PART: 01-09 ♦ SECOND PART: 10-18 ♦ THIRD PART: 19-27
Along with that, the running order of the host country,  France, will be decided randomly, based on the part of the final they will draw.
And then, the final running order, decided by the council, will be posted later.
