Own Africavision Song Contest 13VOTING IS CLOSED
In SF1, we had 4 nations that failed to vote.  Ethiopia,  Gabon,  Mali and  South Sudan. Of these, Ethiopia asked for a replacer and Gabon for an extension. Both will be granted.
In SF2, we had 3 nations that failed to vote.  Liberia,  Mauritania and  Sudan. Of these, only Sudan asked for an extension. This will be granted.
If Liberia, Mali, Mauritania and/or South Sudan vote by the time the extension of 24 hours is up or the participants using the extension vote, they will only be striked 10% instead of the usual 25%. If Gabon or Sudan fail to vote, they will be replaced at no penalty. I will update this post once all is finished.
Update: Mali asked for a replacer about half an hour after the deadline. They will recieve a 5% strike. Gabon and Sudan both voted. The rest did not (technically Liberia did, but that was 6 hours after the extension, so it will not count. They will get a 15% strike for this). The rest will all recieve a 25% strike.
Here is how the nations were replaced:
Ethiopia was replaced by: nakoto
Liberia was replaced by:  justjeffhere28
Mali was replaced by:  uhsting
Mauritania was replaced by:  ukraineofcourse
South Sudan was replaced by:  Chante™

That's strange, South Sudan did vote. We went through the songs at the same time and he voted a day or two after me.
I'm honestly surprised mine were received since it did that thing where you have to un-select voting in the other semi in order to submit the doc.
