Today, the official broadcaster of State of Islands has confirmed that the first entry that the country will send to the Binational Music Fest is going to be selected via the Palestinian side of the country. Let's meet...Elyanna
Born into a musical family, Elyanna’s grandfather is a Palestinian poet and singer and her mother is a poet too, she grew up surrounded by music in what seems like a melodic Brady Bunch situation. Much of her work begins in sessions with her piano-playing brother and their mother in an at-home studio in Los Angeles, where they moved when she was 15. With her family unwaveringly supportive, the move to California from Palestine was, in part, so she could further realise her talent, and her dream.
