there has just been so much stuff happening in my life this week I just had so much to deal with, and now me for once winning on the one edition I wasn't able to vote for is just the cherry on top

29th with 9 points! Lmao, I was secretly hoping for some sort of successful outcome, but instead I got one of my worst results ever.  Thanks to  Croatia,  Mexico and  Finnland for 3 x 3 points! It's an imo unreservedly low placement, but apparently the edition was indeed too tough.  Azerbaijan also didn't deserve last place either ...  Samoa: Well, that's unfortunate ... The winner getting disqualified.  I'm actually surprised by it winning (well "winning") and especially the margin of 29 points.  Wait, where did that one come from? I mean it's been there for a while, but at the end I had already seen  Turkey winning. Even from a neutral point of view it's very relieving seeing Taiwan finally taking it after 124 editions. Turkey and  Ukraine are an amazing top 3. And I'm also happy with basically the entire top 10.  I personally didn't really vibe with Mexico and  Sweden, but I do get their appeal. Further below the scoreboard there's not much I disagree with. I only find  Romania underrated. And not to forget  Canada who got my 12 points, but placed outside the top 10... As for this entry I'm not too surprised though. because imho Seul isn't that competitive. Okay that went not as good as I hoped it could. In the meantime I've found a song by another act I once sent 10+ decades ago. So I'm coming with another unexpected returnee. |
