Does this mean people haven’t voted and will receive strikes and loss of pts? Loss of points is so 2015 I’m sorry. Nowadays most contests hosts don’t penalize the country or the song just because their HOD didn’t vote, so it’s only strikes/warnings given to the HoDs instead |
