 ALLOCATION DRAW + SEMI FINALS RUNNING ORDER
Today, in  Lisbon, was held the allocation draw for the Europa Festival #32, hosted by yours truly. Again, no invitees because it was a private event with me, myself and I, and also Luiri ! Anyway. 48 Countries have been confirmed to participate in the 32nd edition, with 42 of them having to go through the Semi-Finals. It was calculated that 21 countries would take part in each semi-finals. 3 Draws were held, two concerning the Automatic Qualifiers, and one concerning the Sem Finalists.
First, the 6 Automatically Qualified countries were drawn to decide in which Semi-Final they will be voting in:
...well this sure was easy
Secondly, the allocation draw, concerning all participants, was held, including the random draw concerning the host country, Portugal.
All 42 Semi FInalists were distributed into 7 Pots each composed of 6 countries, solely based on geographic position:
And then the allocation draw of all of the countries, was realized, starting with the semi-finalists, then the automatically qualified countries:
But firstly, due to its quality of host country, Portugal was randomly drawn to perform in position 27 in the Grand Final!
And to conclude this post, the running orders of the two Semi-Finals, decided by the producers (in short: me):
edit: following an error,  and  running order have been accidently swapped around, Russia is in 06 while Monaco is in 07.
