I wanna send Tyla and Water Confirmations are closed already. You also need to be the Head of Delegation of a country, which currently you're not. South Africa (where Tyla is from) is already taken by Adamantios. You can try next edition, but you'd have to claim a country that is free. "Water" is also insanely popular (190 million views) and wouldn't be accepted due to its immense popularity.

The Own African Union of Broadcasting has revealed the final details concerning this edition's hosting.. The press-conference took place earlier today where these final details were presented to the public and the participating broadcasters.
HOST CITY
Matadi is the chief sea port of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the capital of the Kongo Central province, adjacent to the border with Angola. It had a population of 245,862 in 2004.
The word Matadi means stone in the local Kikongo language.
ARENA Stade Lubumba is a new stadium in Matadi. The stadium's first major event will be the seventeen edition of the Own Africavision Song Contest. Built as a new home for local football team AS Veti Club, the stadium has an estimated capacity of 27,000.
SLOGAN The slogan for this edition is Interlocked. Specific theming will be on the wiki because I can't be bothered to upload it all to imgur. The steampunk-inspired theming of this edition is inspired by the music video of Mambu, last edition's winner.
PRESENTERS For an edition full of past OAfSC entrants, the hosts also represent this as they have all represented DR Congo in past editions of the contest.
Lova Lova is a Kinshasa Congolese singer. His musical style is multiple, mainly rock, sometimes punk and often inspired by traditional Congolese music. He sings in Lingala, Kikongo and French. He won the previous edition in Zambia, and is the reason the contest is coming to Matadi. He will host the quarterfinal.
Vinii Revlon is a French-Kinshasa Congolese dancer. He is a legend in the Ballroom scene and gained international recognition after appearing on Legendary, finishing in 3rd place as a member of the House of Revlon. He represented DR Congo in the fifteenth edition, finishing in 25th place.
Lous and the Yakuza is a Congolese-Rwandan singer based in Belgium. She was born in Lubumbashi. She has performed in the contest three times, once for Rwanda and twice for DR Congo. Alongside Vinii, she will host the semifinals.
Pierre Kwenders is a Congolese singer living in Montreal. He was born in Kinshasa but moved to Canada as a teenager, where he has since started a career in music. He has been nominated and even won several awards for his music, including the coveted Polaris Music Prize. He travelled to Asmara in the thirteenth edition, where he finished in 18th place.
Lu Kala is a Congolese singer living in Toronto. She moved to Canada at the age of 3 with her family. Her music has been critically acclaimed and has received good reviews from many music critics. In Pamandzi, alongside Latto, she represented DR Congo and finished in 3rd place, which was the nation's best result at the time. This duo is serving all the Congolese-Canadian flavour, and will host the edition's grand final.
That is all the details! For now, just get ready because the quarterfinal will be starting very soon. It is highly likely that it will be beginning tomorrow but we shall see.
