TRM is glad to announce Moldova's return after re-appointing their first ever head of delegation that had a long journey, for being in charge of several other countries.
MARYON KING TO REPRESENT MOLDOVA
For the country's return, we have selected Maryon King, a 23-years old singer and songwriter. Born in Calarasi, but raised in Italy, Maryon fought her parents to pursue a career in music. After being told to focus on other activities as a kid, Maryon found a way to take singing lessons without the knowledge of her parents. At 18-years-old her parents pushed her to continue her education at university. She moved to London to study languages but secretly switched to music. She quickly immersed herself in the London music scene, first writing music with friends but soon gaining the attention of people within the industry. For the last four years she's written in London, LA and Paris.

The United Kingdom confirms! Officially published: Sheffield, 9 June 2024
▴ Niteworks and Deirdre Graham performed their entry "Eilean" in Belgrade
Today (9 June 2024), the British Broadcasting Cooperation (BBC), leading by Kinoshita Kirkland, confirmed the participation of the isles in the upcoming event, to be held in North Macedonia.
Kirkland also affirmed that the next British entry will be determined through the lately organized national selection Own Eurovision: Unite Up for Music. Following Precious Pepala, the second event was supposed to be held in her hometown Sheffield. However, due to the internal change, the contest was moved to Isle of Skye instead to celebrate Niteworks' music journey.
