Penny is here to follow Apollo and embrace the almighty sun god!
So for this week's challenge, I wanted to take more of a risk than what I have done so far. I want to show more versatility and I feel this challenge is the perfect opportunity to do so.
So I have been assigned the almighty Apollo!
Apollo is the almighty sun god, Apollo has been recognized as a god of archery, music and dance, truth and prophecy, healing and diseases, the Sun and light, poetry, and more. He is considered to be the most beautiful god.
Apollo is also the god of oracles, arts, light, knowledge, herds and flocks, and protection of the young.
So this week, after thorough searching, I've decided to go with TÄRA with her song Sotto Effetto!

Apollo is the almighty sun god, Apollo has been recognized as a god of archery, music and dance, truth and prophecy, healing and diseases, the Sun and light, poetry, and more. He is considered to be the most beautiful god.

TÄRA is an independent Palestinian singer born and raised in Italy. Who is striving to tale the wheel in the Alternative R&B scene with an intense passion for the arts in all kinds with her aim to have her voice and her lyrics strike right through the inner self!
The reason why I chose this Sotto Effetto and TÄRA is because out of all the Qualities that Apollo is god off, She is someone that highlights each of these qualities in Apollo. In her song she talks about finding her true power and not having anyone stand in her way to achieve that. Also in relation to everything happening in Palestine now. Shes showing that nothing will stop her and the powers of evil arent strong enough and will not fall "under the influence" which shows Apollos qualities of truth and prophecy and archery in her fighting back the hate.

TÄRA shows her strength and power she has through her voice and her dancing as you can see in her video. Showing that musical and dance side as Apollo is well known for being the god of music and dance! She shows healing and as well in the song. Showing that she's growing in believing herself and letting herself be free from the hate and negativity and it all doesn't matter.

The sun god Apollo is rule and and god off positivity, fighting for love, life and happiness. I Feel TÄRA is a descendant to Apollo through emvoking life and strength through her music and through her journey in life and is the showcase that you can do anything you put your mind and heart to.
