So Eurovison Knockout Tournament is back. This time we look back at ESC 2004 in Istanbul. I will allow 32 songs/countries in full tournament yet there are 36 participants in ESC 2004, so we need to eliminate 4 songs/countries. And to make it quicker and easier I've decided that all the songs/countries that were in the final in ESC 2004 will automatically be qualified for the Tournament So that means that all the 12 non-finalists will participate in the pre-qualifying round and 8 songs will proceed to the tournament. But you can only vote for 1-4 songs so vote wisely

whaat? You say in the first post that "we need to eliminate 4 songs/countries", either change that or change the rules, it's confusing. And it doesn't make sense, quite a few songs may not get any votes at all, so if we vote for the songs we like, it would be difficult to decifer which four should go if quite a few get equal votes.
