My votes:

12- Moscow 2009 - AWESOME Stage! AWESOME Backrounds, AWESOME Technology ;D. My 12 points!
10- Oslo 2010 - The stage is a little anonime, but I found very intresting the Lights set.. very repetitive, but nice, and some countries really made it on stage + the atmosphere was really emotionant!
8- Baku 2012 - The stage looked amazing, the lights were it's force point. For the Arena outside, the same Loved the LED Polygons
7- Dusseldorf 2011 - Great theme, hosts, much nicer than Baku 2012, but the Stage looked very anonime..
6- Belgrade 2008 - OK stage, i found it a little small, but was very nice. The leds on the floor were awesome.
5- Stockholm 2000 - We could say that Stockholm 2000 was a revolution of the stages. After cinematografic sets, Stockholm bring us an amazing definition of stage .
4- Kiev 2005- The stage was ok, the theme idem. Nothing special
3- Athens 2006 - Don't liked the quality. Intresting the arena effect, but the LEDs animations were very generic, in some cases not addicted to the song.
2- Helsinki 2007 - Same here. Nice stage, but LED animations very weak.
1- Riga 2003 - Great stage, and nice retrò design with constellations . But the theme was terrible.

11- Tallinn 2002 - I don't understood why they replaced the LED walls with some curtains. Too generic.
12- Istanbul 2004 - The stage was even OK, but the theme was really horrible. LED effects weak again.
13- Copenhagen 2001 - Just a normal concert staging. I hate the stairs, and the square wich is. Intresting theme.
