Cairo is the capital of Egypt,when Myra Sky with her song "House of Cards" won in the 12th edition which was held in Cape Town.36 entries this time,will be devided into 3 Semifinals with 12 songs,6 of each Semifinal will qualify making a final of 18 songs.Only one country is debuting this time,and it's the small country Monaco.Returning artists are Girls' Generation,Katy Perry,Emeli Sandee,Akcent,Adam Lambertand the winner of WVSC #4,Shy'm.
