Here's an excerpt from the APVSC Artists Eligibility rule: " Artists must be born or is currently residing in that country to be able to represent an APVSC country. Artists who only have roots or temporarily resided in that country are prohibited from participation. The same rule applies to groups/bands." Sorry.   |
