Poland is confirmed according to the French Wikipedia La Pologne: Le diffuseur public TVP s'était retiré du Concours 2012 en raison de l'organisation et des coûts du Championnat d'Europe de football 2012 dans son pays, ainsi qu'en Ukraine sur la NTU64. La Pologne annonce son retour le 26 octobre 2012.

That's the French page though, they don't always use valid sources unlike the English page. So far I believe Poland aren't in yet...and TVP said they'd make a decision last month and they haven't.

Little update! AMPTV, the Armenian broadcaster has already approached opera singer, Arman Nshanya to possibly represent them in Malmo. But he himself doesn't want to comment as of yet. 128 applicants have applied for a chance to represent Azerbaijan in Malmo. They'll got through auditions and a National Selection will be held. The song will be selected near the end of the process. A record number of applicants for the tiny Eurovision loving country of Malta. 182 songs have been submitted to the regional broadcaster, PBS. Kevin Borg is among one of the submitted applicants. With rumors about Cyprus's participation they have indeed confirmed themselves for Malmo. The broadcaster RIK has approached Yiorgos Papadopoulos to represent them. Yiorgos is strongly considering the offer, time will tell if he accepts. TVP formally said they'd announce participation in October, however no official confirmation has been made. Many Polish Eurovision fans and fanpages are trying to encourage a Polish return. We're still pending on a confirmation from TVP or the EBU.

The Turkish national broadcaster TRT will run a special meeting of the advisory board today, discussing ideas on the Turkish participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. The meeting will be streamed on the TRT website. This meeting will not decide any particular details about the 2013 Turkish entry, but will be a brainstorming session between the broadcaster and industry experts. The discussion will be about "How to make a successful national final for Eurovision?"^ Are Turkey going to have their 1st ever National Final?

Now someone's saying Norway will withdraw...I highly doubt it. I highly doubt it as well. Those are just rumors so Norway would be the talk of the Eurovision town. As for Poland, oh please comeback! ;D
