No one left 42 countries will officially participate in Malmö with: Portugal withdrawing Andorra, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Morocco, Monaco and Poland not returning. I just counted Serbia & Montenegro and Yugoslavia in all the countries and thought that they are 51 |

Actually that isn't true.
Slovakia and Slovenia are the last two to officially confirm.
