Morocco dont participate in ESC 2013 SNRT TV Has confirmed and other channel 2M isnt confirmd by EBU when will EBU confirmd 2M then will morocco come back

 RTV, has officially confirmed a national final for Latvia to be held on February the 16th  . And this time they will be allowing international composers, for the first time since 2008 and they haven't qualified since 2008 so that's a very good sign ;D |

I think  Latvia will hire many  Swedish composers. They usually make good creations of songs |

^^^ I know, and i think " Wolves of the Sea" was written by  Swedes and that was Latvia's last qualifying entry, so I hope they hirer heaps of Swedish composers |
