Ukraine may do great on both the jury and televoting. The latter will just exclude from how she screams a lot. That's just what I'm guessing. 
Televoting... I guess all the other famous artists competing (
) would strike no matter their positioning on the draw. Counting only for the song, which may likely be a catchy, good-feeling and/or humorous entry, will pay for the tops, while a great portion of ballads would share the bottom.
